Effect of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury on the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome. Representative western immunoblotting analysis of NLRP3 (a), Caspase-1 (b), GSDMD (c) and IL-1β (d) (n = 4). Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury significantly increased NLRP3 inflammasome levels such as NLRP3, procaspase-1, Cl.Caspase-1, GSDMD, GSDMD-N, proIL-1β and mature IL-1β. The contents showed the highest at 3 days after reperfusion. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 vs. Sham group
