The relative levels of miR-21 and miR-150 in relation to AMA status and AMA-M2 tires in sera of PBC patients. Mir-21(a) and miR-150(b) levels were significantly higher in patients without AMA antibodies (AMA-negative) than in patients with AMA antibodies (AMA-positive.). Bars indicate the mean ± SEM. There was a strong negative correlation between both miR-21(c) and miR-150 (d) and AMA-M2 serum tires in all PBC patients.
