HULC regulated osteosarcoma cells via the miR-372-3p/HMGB1 signalling pathway. U2OS cells were transfected with sh-NC, sh-HULC, sh-HULC together with miR-372-3p inhibitor, or sh-HULC together with HMGB1 overexpression vector.
