HULC regulated osteosarcoma cells via the miR-372-3p/HMGB1 signalling pathway. U2OS cells were transfected with sh-NC, sh-HULC, sh-HULC together with miR-372-3p inhibitor, or sh-HULC together with HMGB1 overexpression vector. Cell proliferation was tested by CCK-8 assay (A) and colony formation assay (B); cell apoptosis was analysed by flow cytometry (C); cell migration and invasion were detected by wound healing assay (D) and transwell assay (E); and the expression levels of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, vimentin and Snail were analysed by western blot (F).
