Effect of miR-146a mimic and miR146a inhibitor on the function and proliferation of ILC2. a Schematic diagram of the in vitro culture: ILC2 were sorted from PLF of OVA-challenged mice and cultured with IL-33, TSLP, and IL-7 (10 ng/ml each) for 5 days then transfected with miR-146a mimics or miR-146a inhibitor for 3 days. IL-13 (b) and IL-5 (c) were measured by cytometric bead array (CBA) in supernatants. ILC2 proliferation were analyzed by ki-67 staining.
