Knockdown of circCELSR1 inhibited the expression of BRD4 and EMT, proliferation/migration related genes via targeting miR-598. Protein level of E-cadherin, Vimentin, N-Cadherin (a), were measured by Western blotting, the quantification of relative protein level (b) in SKOV3 and A2780 cells that transfected with sh-circCELSR1, miR-598 mimics or miR-598 inhibitor. Protein level of BRD4, c-Myc, CyclinD1, CDK4, MMP-2, MMP-9, Ctlp, CD274 and KRAS were measured by Western blotting (c) and the quantification of relative protein level (d) in SKOV3 and A2780 cells transfected with sh-circCELSR1, miR-598 mimics or miR-598 inhibitor.
