Knockdown of G6PD inhibited tumor formation in nude mice. a Subcutaneous xenotransplant tumor model was established in nude mice by injecting AGS cells infected with lentivirus-mediated shRNA targeting G6PD (sh-G6PD#1 and sh-G6PD#2) or negative control.
