A and B The levels of lncRNA SNHG1 and miR-181c-5p in BMSCs were determined using qPCR at 0, 7, 14 and 21 days after osteogenic induction. BMSCs were transfected with sh-NC, sh-SNHG1, sh-SNHG1 with inhibitor NC, or sh-SNHG1 with miR-181c-5p inhibitor and induced for osteogenic differentiation. C and D ALP staining and ARS were performed at day 14 and 21 after osteogenic differentiation.
