LDs accumulation in neuron. To detect LDs accumulation in the hippocampal neurons, Nile red (red) and DAPI (blue), BODIPY (483/503) (green) and NeuN (red) were used. A LDs accumulation could be detected (red, black arrow) in the WT + CIH mice, and treated with SMND-309 decreased this change.
