Querying the ONCOMINE database showed that FZD7 expression was significantly higher in pancreatic adenocarcinoma compared with normal pancreatic tissue, a representative result is shown in (A); among the different Frizzled Receptors, FZD7 was significantly over-expressed in pancreatic ductal adcarcinoma compared with other Frizzled receptors (B).
