eCIRP decreases cell-to-cell junction of endothelial cells. A The endothelial cells cultured on an 8-chambered glass slide were treated with PBS or eCIRP (0.5 µg/mL) for 4 h and were fixed and subjected to immunostaining with antibodies JAM-C (green color) and VE-cadherin (red color). Hoechst33342 was used for nuclear staining and colored in blue. The arrowhead shows junctional disruptions in the endothelial cell layer. Scale bar, 20 µm
