Schematic diagram of the experimental design. The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: healthy control, colitis group, PNU treatment colitis group and PNU groups. The control group received sterile water treatment for 9 days. The colitis group was given water containing 3% DSS for 9 days. The treatment group was given 3% DSS water for 9 days, and then from the fourth day, these mice received an intraperitoneal injection of PNU-282987 (1 mg/ml) for 5 days. The PNU mock control group was given sterile water, and on the fourth day, PNU-282987 (1 mg/ml) was intraperitoneally injected
