MI-238 treatment alone or in combination with venetoclax effectively induces apoptosis in primary patient AML cells. Bone-marrow mononuclear cells from three different AML patients were treated as indicated for 48 h, and the apoptosis were measured by annexin V staining (A–C; G–I) or western blot analysis of caspase 3 cleavage (D–F; J–L).
