Chloroquine (CQ, 20 μM) or Bafilamycine A1 (BafA1, 20 nM) sensitized lung cancer cells to ACK1 inhibition by AIM-100 (20 μM). A A549 cells were treated with CQ, AIM-100, or in combination for 48 h, and cellular viability was measured using CCK8 assay.
