AURKA overexpression improved angiogenesis in ischemic gastrocnemius muscle of diabetic mice. After 21 days of modeling, dual-immunofluorescence analysis in gastrocnemius muscle tissues was conducted to visualize CD31 and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA). Scale bar, 200 μm (A).
