Suppressing terminal fucosylation on TGF-β receptor I and II attenuates fibrosis in HK-2 cells
HK-2 were stimulated 2-D-gal (1.2 mM) and/or TGF-β1 for 48 h. (A) The terminal fucosylation level on TGF-βR I was analyzed by Co-IP.
