Cell reprogramming treat aplastic anemia (AA) by increasing telomere length. Cell reprogramming is an important way of transforming the cell types of differentiated cells; this process can generate pluripotent stem cells and achieve multidirectional differentiation. Telomere depletion is one mechanism that results in AA development. Through cell reprogramming, cells with stronger differentiation ability can be obtained, with extended telomeres and reduced telomere loss; this has the potential to confer a therapeutic effect on AA
