ML355 attenuates IR induced sustained renal cell death 7 days post-IR in males. Renal cell death was measured by TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining in kidneys collected 7 days post-IR in 13-week-old male and female SHR treated with treated with vehicle or 12/15 LOX inhibitor ML355 1 h prior to sham/ischemia and every other day up to 7 days post-IR.
