Both UCS and UCPRP treatment led to significant downregulation of inflammatory cytokines involved in cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction and the Il-17 signaling pathway. KEGG enrichment analysis of both (A) UCS-treated corneas and (B) UCPRP-treated corneas. In both of these analyzes, the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction and IL-17 signaling pathway were found to be highly regulated. Regulation of some of the genes corresponding to these pathways (C, D) was further validated with qPCR. All bioinformatics analyzes were performed with n = 3 samples per group
