Both UCS and UCPRP treatment led to significant downregulation of inflammatory cytokines involved in cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction and the Il-17 signaling pathway. KEGG enrichment analysis of both (A) UCS-treated corneas and (B) UCPRP-treated corneas. In both of these analyzes, the cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction and IL-17 signaling pathway were found to be highly regulated.
