Bcl-6, IRF8, MafB, and Lhx2 negatively regulate the expression of NFATc1. In osteoclast differentiation, Bcl-6, IRF8, MafB, Lhx2, and ephrinB2 negatively regulate NFATc1 by inhibiting c-Fos expression. Blimp-1 can suppress the expression of Bcl-6, IRF8, MafB, and Lhx2. CTGF activate but CD11b inhibit Bcl-6. EEIG1 combines with Blimp-1 to downregulate IRF8. TUG1, miR-338-3p, and miR-199a-5p inhibit Maf8
