Effect of PP1 on cytokine production capacity of Kupffer cells in male mice following hypoxia. Male mice were treated intraperitoneally with Src inhibitor PP1 at a dose of 1.5 mg/kg body weight 1 h prior to hypoxia. Kupffer cells were isolated and cultured for 24 h at 37°C, and the release of IL-6 in the supernatant was measured using a cytometric bead array. The results as shown are mean ± SEM. P values are shown between 2 indicated groups.
