From: Adenoviral Gene Delivery to Primary Human Cutaneous Cells and Burn Wounds
Localization of transgene expression in burned and unburned skin. Viral particles were introduced intradermally and subcutaneously into rat skin; 48 h after gene transfer, unburned and burned tissue samples were harvested and prepared for imunohistochemistry. β-Galactosidase was detected and visualized using a polyclonal rabbit antibody.
