  1. Signal intensity normalized to the chip for vimentin, perlecan, stratifin and junctional plakoglobin are shown for each biopsy and particular location. Overall, no considerable changes in the levels of perlecan, stratifin and junctional plakoglobin are found. Vimentin expression is regulated between two locations, but the level of expression is consistent within each group supporting consistent biopsy procedure.
