Inhibitory effect of YSL on B16-F10 cells in vitro. B16-F10 cells had been treated with YSL (0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, or 100 µg/mL) in vitro for 24, 48, or 72 h. Cytotoxic function was assayed with MTT. The results are expressed as the rate of growth inhibition: rate of inhibition (%) = (1 — mean A value of treatment group/mean A value of control) × 100. *P < 0.05 compared with control group.
