Tyrosine phosphorylation in cultured CTC extracts from breast cancer patients. Cells from breast cancer patients and normal donors cultured for four weeks were lysed, and equal protein amounts were immunoprecipitated (IP) with a phosphotyrosine (p-Tyr) antibody. The tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins were detected by immunoblotting (IB) using a p-Tyr antibody.
