Numbers indicate interval distance in megabases (Mb). White: homozygous DA alleles; grey: region of recombination; black: homozygous F344 alleles. Physical positions were retrieved from Ensembl Rat (https://doi.org/www.ensembl.org/Rattus_norvegicus/) according to the Rat Genome Assembly version RGSC 3.4.
