In vitro T cell proliferation. T cells labeled with CFSE were stimulated in vitro with plate-bound anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 for 72 h, and then analyzed by flow cytometry. The proliferative index is the average of divisions undergone by CFSE-labeled cells. Results are expressed as medians ± 25–75 percentiles. Results were compared with DA using the Mann-Whitney U test, and no significant differences were found.
