(A) Peripheral blood T cells, (B) spleen T cells, and (C) thymocytes were stimulated in vitro with plate-bound anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 for 24, 72, or 96 h, then labeled with annexin-V and 7-AAD and quantified by flow cytometry. Double-negative cells were considered viable. Results are expressed as medians ± 25–75 percentiles. Results were compared with DA using the Mann-Whitney U test.
