Effect of LPA on LPS-induced plasma TNFα and IL-6 production In vivo. CD-1 mice were injected intravenously with LPA (10 mg/kg) or vehicle PBS followed by intraperitoneal injection of LPS (25 mg/kg) or control PBS.
