Effect of LPA on LPS-induced tissue myeloperoxidase activity in vivo CD-I mice were intravenously injected with LPA (10 mg/kg) or vehicle PBS followed by intraperitoneal injection of LPS (25 mg/kg) or control PBS. After 6 h, lung was collected, and myeloperoxidase activity was examined. N = 3−4; *, P < 0.05 compared with control; #, P < 0.05 compared with LPS alone group.
