  1. aThe subjects were divided into four groups (0, I, II, III) which had no, one, two, or three and over risk factors such as aging, current smoking, diabetes, hypertension, hyper-LDL-cholesterolemia, hypo-HDL-cholesterolemia, and family history of atherosclerotic diseases.
  2. bThe subjects with diabetes were classified into category group III, even if they did not have any other risk factor.
