(A) Antitumoral effects of naked VEGF-A siRNA silencing with or without DOTAP formulation. DOTAP VEGF-A siRNA significantly reduced surface HCC satellites in fibrotic mice 11 days after Hepa129 HCC tumor cell implantation. Treated mice were divided into four groups: >50, <50 and >30, <30, and no surface satellites. These data were generated by two independent experiments. (B) Numbers of mice in each group.
