HIV-pulsed DC-primed T cells with increased CTLA-4, PD-1 and TRAIL gene and protein expression. Day-8 cocultures were harvested and mRNA extracted for qPCR or immunophenotyped for CTLA-4, PD-1 and TRAIL.
