Influence of serum on transfection efficiency. Cells were cultivated on different coatings, prepared with 2, 4 or 6 Lig siSELE or scrRNA at N/P 8 ratio. After 12 h of cultivation, half of the cells were supplied to medium without serum for 4 hours. 48 h after seeding, cells were analyzed by FACS. The y axis reflects E-selectin receptor expression in % untreated cells stimulated with TNF-α set to 100%.
