Treatment of MM cells with 3AC results in proteasomal degradation of SHIP1. (A) MM cells were treated for 48 h with increasing concentrations of 3AC. After cell lysis, proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and blots were probed with antibodies against SHIP1, SHIP2 and PTEN. Equal loading was confirmed by reprobing blots with antibodies against actin. (B) MM cells were treated for 48 h with 10 µmol/L 3AC in the absence or presence of 10 µmol/L MG-132.
