GNMT stabilizes NPC2 protein. (A) Analysis of NPC2 degradation followed by cycloheximide (CHX) treatment. The 293T cells were transfected with either NPC2-HA or GNMT-Flag plus NPC2-HA for 24 h before treatment with CHX for the indicated hours. NPC2 degradation was analyzed using Western blot. Single arrowheads indicate mono-glycosylated NPC2; double arrowheads indicate diglycosylated NPC2. (B) Pulse-chase analysis of NPC2.
