Effect of IL-8/CXCR2 signaling on glioma cell proliferation. Primary glioblastoma cells were seeded in 96-well plates and cultured for 48 h with or without IL-8 (Control). Furthermore, to examine the effects of anti-CXCR2 antibody (Ab) on IL-8-mediated glioma proliferation, cells were pretreated with anti-CXCR2 Ab for 1 h before stimulation with IL-8. After 48 h incubation, glioblastoma proliferation was assessed by MTT assay (P values refer to the ttest). ■, Without CXCR2 Ab; □, with CXCR2 Ab.
