Analysis of infiltrating CD4 and CD8 T cells in quadriceps of mdx mice. (A) Muscle sections of quadriceps muscles from AAV8-tMCK-A20-treated (AAV8-A20) treated or saline-treated mdx mice were immunolabeled for CD4 and CD8 T cells. Sections were counterstained with eosin to visualize fibers.
