Cytokine-induced TNFα production in mouse Raw 264.7 cells is suppressed by AAT-Fc. Human IL-32γ-, human IL-33-and mouse IL-33-induced TNFα production was suppressed by AAT-Fc, but AAT-Fc had no effect on LPS-induced mouse TNFα. The plasma-derived AAT had no effect on the suppression of TNFα. The mean ± SEM values of two independent experiments have been shown. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01 (n = 3 per group).
