Cholinergic neural signals attenuate ATP-induced mitochondrial perturbation. (A,C) LPS-primed mouse BMDCs from WT or a7 KO mice were stimulated by ATP (B,D) LPS-primed mouse BMDCs from WT mice were stimulated by ATP in the presence or the absence of absence of acetylcholine. (C) LPS-primed mouse BMDCs from WT mice were stimulated by ATP in the presence or the absence of acetylcholine. Mitochondrial perturbation was assessed by flow cytometry analysis by using Mitotracker green and Mitotracker deep red.
