Reg3α overexpression attenuated pancreatic β-cell injury induced by cytokines. (A) Vector or Reg3α-transfected cells and normal cultured cells were incubated in the presence or absence of the inflammatory cytokine cocktail for 24 h, cell viability was measured by MTT assay.
