Decrease of ADAMTS13 expression level in human ex vivo model. HPLS were stimulated with TNFα (100 ng/mL), AVP (10 ng/mL) and DDAVP (10 ng/mL), LPS (200 ng/mL), IFNγ (100 ng/mL), IL-1β (100 ng/mL), IL-2 (100 ng/mL), IL-6 (100 ng/mL), a mix of cytokines (CM), endotoxin, pooled serum from septic patients (SepSe) and pooled serum from healthy individuals (control) for 6 h. Expression of ADAMTS13 based on Pfaffl method and normalized to ADAM9 and HPRT. Expression of ADAM12 as a marker for inflammatory response.
