Body weight, tumor incidence and growth. Mice were treated with ISO (200 µg/d), T3 (2.5 µg/d) or both for 6 wks. Body weight (A) and tumor growth (C) are reported as percent change relative to initial weights. Tumor incidence (B) and tumor growth were registered every week. Data are reported as mean ± SEM. Body weight and tumor growth were analyzed by two-way ANOVA and post hoc Tukey tests. Tumor incidence was analyzed by a χ2 test. Different letters show differences with p < 0.05. There were no significant differences in body weight. n = 6 mice/group. ND, not detectable.
