PLS-DA score plot and corresponding loadings plot derived from the quantified oxylipin levels in the (C) sera and (D) liver of the vehicle control, LPS only, and the different treatment groups. Corresponding heat maps are shown with oxylipin metabolites grouped according to precursor compounds (LA, AA, DHA and EPA) and the corresponding enzymes. DHA and EPA metabolites were not detected from the serum. (N = 4 per treatment group).
