CTCE increased AKT/Rac 1 signaling in HMVECs. HMVECs were treated with CTCE (10 µg/mL) for different time intervals. AKT activation (A) and Rac 1 activation (B) were determined by Western blot and Rac 1 activation assay kit. HMVECs were also transfected with miR-126 inhibitors or control inhibitors and CTCE-induced AKT activation was determined (C). *p < 0.05 compared with control group. N = 3–5 independent experiments.
