DMA inhibits cytokine and chemokine secretion in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. ELISA was performed to determine (A) TNFα, (B) IL-6, (C) GM-CSF and (D) IL-10 levels in RAW 264.7 cell culture supernatant after incubation with DMA and BAY 11-7082 in the presence of LPS after 24 h.
