AOAA inhibited tumor growth at 9 mg/kg/d (but not at lower doses of 3 or 1 mg/kg/d), while YD0171 exerted an inhibitory effect at 0.5 and 1 mg/kg (but not at the lowest dose of 0.1 mg/kg). Data are shown as mean ± SEM of n = 10 animals per group; **p < 0.01 indicates a significant inhibitory effect.
