Inhibitory effect of YD0171 on the H2S-synthesizing activity of HCT116 cell homogenates: prevention of the inhibitory effect by the esterase inhibitor paraoxon. YD0171 concentration-dependently inhibited H2S production (detected by the AzMC method); the inhibitory effect was absent in cell homogenates pretreated with paraoxon (1 µmol/L).
