Effect of YD0171 on the metabolome of HCT116 cells. Cells were treated with YD0171 (1 mmol/L) or AOAA (1 mmol/L) for 24 h followed by metabolomic analysis. The horizontal scale shows analyte numbers. The vertical scale shows fold change; the value of 1 represents no change, a value of 0.1 represents a 90% decrease in the analyte value, a value of 10 represents a 10-fold increase in the analyte value in response to AOAA (red circles) or YD0171 (blue circles) treatment, was compared with vehicle control. Overlapping, circles or circles connected with short vertical black lines indicate that AOAA and YD0171 affected the analyte in a directionally similar way. Data are shown as mean values of n = 3.
