Isotype specificity of the Ig response elicited by AβpE3-8:CRM197 and AβpE11-16:CRM197 vaccines. (A) Anti-AβpE3-8 and (B) anti-AβpE11-16 Ig isotype (IgG1, IgG2b, IgG2c, IgG3, IgA and IgM) concentrations in sera obtained from mice immunized with AβpE3-8 or AβpE11-16 conjugated (AβpE3-8:CRM197, AβpE11-16:CRM197) or not (AβpE3-8, AβpE11-16) with CRM197. Data represents mean ± standard error of the mean from three to seven mice per group.
