From: Rab31-dependent regulation of transforming growth factor ß expression in breast cancer cells
Relative TGF-ß1 antigen levels in cell culture supernatants and cell lysates from Rab31 low and high expressing cells. Cells were grown for 48 h or 72 h in FCS-free medium. TGF-β1 antigen levels from cell lysates (A) or from cell culture supernatants (B) were determined by ELISA and normalized to the total protein content of the respective sample. Three experiments were performed in triplicates each. Statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) are indicated by an asterisk
